If you dish out criticism make sure it is constructive. Nothing is gained by spite and meanness. Point out on what the writer could improve on. Be specific about it. And be kind. Let the person know what they do well. A great deal of sensitivity is needed to write and no matter how well we are received, we are ever doubtful of our work. I for one, would be saddened to see anyone leave this verse because of anon hate.
