So, I get lucky to get an appointment with this British guest artist at my usual tattoo shop, wait a month in anticipation and a week beforehand they mail me ‘he’s no longer coming to the shop, is it okay if our apprentice does it?’
Should I trust and apprentice to make a good tattoo with the wheel of a ship and the line ‘keep a weather eye on the horizon’? It not only being a potc tattoo because I love the movies so much, but also having a personal meaning and link with me, my mom and my deceased father? ... Idk ...
