A taste of summer!
The weather has been so nice today...and the girls had on way too much cloths as we were headed out just after breakfast. So I had to undress them as the day progressed. In the end they were running home barefoot and ended up having a bath in the garden.
After I tucked them in I had to get started sewing the duvet covers that the girls picked out fabric for on Saturday. They have been asking for them every day since we bought them, and I couldn't let them wait any longer. So they have a surprise waiting for them once they wake up tomorrow morning. I bet they are both going to be so excited once they wake up and see the duvet-covers already on their duvets. It is so warm today that the girls declared as I put them down that they didn't care of it. So I just hung it on the side of their beds. So as soon as the duvet-covers were done, it was easy to sneak in and put them on the duvet.
So the look on their faces tomorrow when the see "George the Pirate" (little-brother of Peppa Pig) on their duvet, will be priceless.
I started to sew on their dresses the day before yesterday, and since I am a "freshman" at this, I had to start all over again when I had my mother over yesterday to help me out. But at least I know how to start the second dress...without her watching over me.
It is time for a quick shower before bed.
Sweet dreams everyone.
