I went and swam on Friday. I wasn’t originally going to cause we had plans, but those fell through. It was hot and work was a long day and swim sounded really good.

Not to mention the outdoor pool closes in a week. 😢 so I gotta get as many swims in as I can. I’m planning on a Monday, Tuesday, Friday swim next week. Although the one indoor pool says they are trying to reopen on September 8th. So we’ll see. I forgot how much swimming helps my shoulder when I’m having to palpate cows so much. I get way less tired now and less achy with these swims.

So I went and got it done. Now to just back to actually eating well again and getting back on track with food and we’ll be good to go.

9. Do you have a skincare routine (and how many steps is it)?

lol no. I just wash my face with water, occasionally with some tonic water and I apply a hydrating cream in the winter (skin gets dry then) / SPF in the summer. I've been blessed with pretty good skin! And I very rarely wear makeup sooo
