Like me? The emphasis seemed a bit odd, but it was becoming apparent that so was this girl. She actually enjoyed the quirky attitude. “I’m only telling the truth,” she replied with a cheerful smile. “You don’t think to kindly of yourself, do you?” Hanon could see it, but didn’t understand the seeming lack of confidence. The girl was cute, even if the blue haired maiden didn’t admit it aloud.

      “Maru-chan!! Maru-chan!!”

     Ruby smiled while skipping over to her best friend. School was over for today and practice was canceled due to the 2nd year’s field trip, so they had the rest of the afternoon free to do whatever they pleased. To make things better, they weren’t assigned any homework for that night which really meant they could do whatever they wanted.

      “Let’s go do something fun, Maru-chan!”

She was used to cat calls and pick up lines from all the boys around town, but never something so blunt… and from a girl?! The words froze her body as Hanon tries to process what was happening. Normally this sort of ordeal was easy enough to play off with a little flirting back, but the girl’s words seemed more genuine than most of the other guys’.

“Thank you? You look wonderful, yourself~” The azure haired girl felt a bit awkward replying, but any lingering silence was probably only going to make it worse. Perhaps this girl would prefer if they acted like nothing was ever say?

“hmm, I wonder if this looks okay...” glimpsing down at the unfinished outfit, she hums with uncertainty. it was an idol’s outfit, as one could guess by the frills and colors. 

however, something doesn’t sit right with her. whether it was her lack of confidence or the outfit itself, ruby begins to worry on whether it was up to par to what an idol would actually wear. she sighs. perhaps asking for her friend’s opinion might help. “uh..what do you think, hanamaru-chan..?”

                     She still watched the Love Live competitions. Kotori loved it; it was something that calmed her down after a long day, or made her smile when she was feeling down. Watching all these other groups, and being reminded of her own, was really nice. Nostalgic as well, of course, and no other group gave her that feeling more than Aquors. Their story and their sound, yet so unique and all their own, was something so relatable, calling back to her time in μ’s. The frustrations, the bonding, the tears, the smiles, friendships that were made and were still dear to her heart...it reminded her of all of that. Bumping into one of the girls from the group, then, after their biggest show yet, makes a fond smile come to her face. “ My, I’m sorry! I should’ve watched where I was going! ”
