Extra info: - He lives in the Omega Timeline. - Alphysis managed to separate the voices of Papyrus and Flowey. They also no longer need to echo the words of others. - When she fixed his voice the "TV" started showing only that screen. - The colored goop gives the relative emotion to whoever touches it. It also grows Outer!Echo Flowers from it. - The screen opens and has tongues and creepy face inside. - Best friend with Kyria (my Fell!Undyne version). Friend with Alphysis, Clone, and a few people from the OT.

Posting older stuff again since I haven't finished anything in a while, lol.

This was my take on Outertale Flowey, I wanted him to be a bit more of a space flower, so I decided his petals sparkle like stars and I gave them a shade of purple closer to the center so it's more noticeable. :D
