Doing an OuterTale Flowey was so strange cause there's like... two versions of him??? There's one where she's actually a flower and then one where he's a star,, named TWINKLY HELLO??????? (I am not well-versed in OuterTale alhdsdgs someone please explain-) I settled on going with the star version, it seemed the most fitting for OuterTale, plus it's unique for a Flowey! I can't. think of a better name for him rn so. I guess Twinkly works hhhh-
So here's Twinkly! She's a star come to life! Not much has really changed from his original counterpart aside from the aesthetics; it's still very much Flowey <3 But ✨In Space✨ I mentioned on the page her turning red when angry, I also like the idea of her dimming and shifting to a white/blue hue when feeling weak/hurt (think Flowey after the Omega fight in UT)
