Fun day at the @outlawtriathlon #OutlawX yesterday, celebrating 10 years of Outlaw events, and happy to come away with 2nd in AG. 👌 A stunning location & great course, and always well organised by the @osbevents team. 👍 Far from ideal prep post Nice with only some light training but a @c4phchiro tune up and a @supple_fit session seemed to do the trick 😉 Well done to @telfordtriclub & the other Tri Clubs for braving the rain all day and maning a bike feed station. Without volunteers like this, such events wouldn't be possible, so a big chapeau to you all.
