Fun day at the @outlawtriathlon #OutlawX yesterday, celebrating 10 years of Outlaw events, and happy to come away with 2nd in AG. 👌 A stunning location & great course, and always well organised by the @osbevents team. 👍 Far from ideal prep post Nice with only some light training but a @c4phchiro tune up and a @supple_fit session seemed to do the trick 😉 Well done to @telfordtriclub & the other Tri Clubs for braving the rain all day and maning a bike feed station. Without volunteers like this, such events wouldn't be possible, so a big chapeau to you all. A fun day out racing at Bala Olympic today despite the swim being shortened due to the wind conditions. What a day!!  Biblical weather, thunder, lightning, flooding, drains overflowing, a delayed start & a shortened course for the @ibizamultisport2018 European Champs!! It seemed as though we'd have no race at all at more than one point, but somehow the race organisers cobbled it together, and although the shortened bike course was a big shame, in those conditions, it was the sensible and only call. So a 2.1k 🏊‍♂️ / 45k 🚴‍♂️ / 21k🏃‍♂️ Overall pretty happy with 9th in AG though still feeling those never ending cobbles! 😬 Still had a fun few days and the support from the rest of the Team GB athletes is great as always.
