He has some sort of attraction to her, but it’s a bit more difficult to pinpoint, because he tells himself that he hates her---and he does feel a sort of hatred. It’s complicated.

Right PHOBIAS. Connecting back with his old self SELF CONFIDENCE LEVEL. Oh lord. Oliver Jonas Queen is probably TOO confident. He lets it get the better of him, as was very clear when he kept taunting Killer Frost even though he was chained up and, well, tortured by Frost. He’ll get himself into situations that could have been avoided if he didn’t just jump right on impulse. VULNERABILITIES. In this verse, Oliver went through everything he did on the island, Hong Kong, etc., so he has severe PTSD. Unlike main!verse, Oliver barely had any time to cope and deal with his problems because the world was already changing not too long after he returned home. Due to this, he wasn’t able to develop into a more grounded and well-rounded person as he has in the show. He’s still stuck in the main season 1 mentality, and with the world changing the way it did, it only furthered his bad coping mechanisms. That being said, if there are any aspects of his past life that come back ( i.e., finding Felicity in the dungeon ), a bit of that scared just-stranded boy on the island comes back to haunt him; repressed emotions have more of a chance of coming out when this happens.
