I reallllly like playing bird boys, so I thought, why not Dipper as a birdy boy! So I made the verse and he's a giant cute, based off a kestrel with wings, a tail, and bird feet and talons on his hands, as well as those dark lines falcons have under their eyes on his face.

i used to play a character who was a birdman and an escaped circus freak but it had a way different vibe i think cause he was kept there against his will and im psure the people in circus falls are there by choice, or at least can leave if they need to.
I'm assuming permabipper is just dipper is stuck in ghosty form forever and bill keeps his body?
