On my twitter (@tinykittendoll) i’ve recently ranted about how Laurance has become almost borderline abusive. What really did it for me was when he told Aphmau ‘he didn’t understand why she was so concerned about them’ aka Aaron and Vylad

That’s really

not okay at all. I not only feel like it’s OOC for how Laurance was portrayed before, but that’s also a very negative thing to put on a popular ship when most of the viewers are young children. It shouldn’t be shown as acceptable that someone be controlling and extremely jealous of their partner.

On the subject of Travis, I find his story extremely compelling and interesting and I liked him until they revealed he was just going to be another flirty annoying male character. I feel like, coming from his background, that’s very unfitting.

And you had a point, it’s annoying that now every single male character is shoved at Aphmau to prompt a ship within the fandom.

I feel like now mostly the series is governed by what the fans want to happen aka they want as many ships as possible and now the series is 100% fanservice, to the point they’re ignoring the actual plot to churn out more shippy episodes

It kind of rubs me the wrong way that they’re currently all more concerned about Emmalyn and Kenmur getting married than I DON’T KNOW O’khasis being attacked, an army possibly heading their way, Zenix taking over the Nether, etc

Tbh i feel the same about this season's plot-- I hate what happen to Laurance especially. Last season, he was more concern about making Aph happy but now... he's just a salty, jealous guy. I like travis but I don't like him as a possible romantic (1)
