I've been on a bit of a #SocialMediaHiatus again. I've been getting that #Werk this summer in #SantaMonica, #Atlanta, and now Memphis. I saw this outside the kitchen in the building where I'm staying and was reminded that it is important to #FeedTheArtists. Not just physically, which I'm trying to be better about. I'm cutting down on the meats. But mentally and spiritually. We give a lot to nourish others with our creativity, but we need to be fed too, which reminds me.
