How have the adventures been going? Last time things were about to get really hectic? Any news?

"In the end the team decided to ambush the sentinel drakes. We waited for them one by one to understand what kind of path they followed, and we counted three of them. We defeated two with our surprise attacks, but the third survived and called for reinforcements..."

"It was an absurd fight. They had lightning breath weapons and slashed around a lot, but the upgrade we experienced through the ley lines crystals is strong... And my, Lumen also pulled his weight extremely well! Even if there were cons, like him risking to die or my difficult positioning - apparently, my cosmic powers make my form much larger than before and I couldn't pass through the window I was hiding behind anymore..."

She sighs.

"Honestly...? I'm a little baffled at my new powers. They're very strong, but now I'm not too sure of what my role is anymore. Should I take care of offensive attacks or prioritize strengthening my allies? Hoyt was tremendous in the frontline, darting around and slashing anything he found in his way like it was nothing, and Zinnya seemed much more prepared as well, holding her wounds much better than before and commanding... a new creature other than Svalek?"

"My resistances are also considerable, so I was thinking it may be best if I don't hide the next time... but will it hinder them...?"

"While all those troubles go on, after the fight was done we moved to hide between some broken statues in a corner of the cave, near the exit. I noticed that the kind of structures we're swimming through may have been built by my people, who used to be a land ethnicity, but were transformed into aquatic by the Alghollthus long ago. But all these ruins seem to have been abandoned centuries before us, so what is this all about...? We couldn't figure it out yet."

"We spent an hour there. Another drake passed by following the path of the others half an hour ago, and didn't return. I'm still not sure if I should seek the way of diplomacy with the man or in general yet, but after this fight, I find it... unlikely..."

She takes off the hat and slides her hands from her forehead to the head, lightly grabbing her appendages.

"It feels like I'm doing this all wrong..."

"I'll be late for my performance at the Sinking Hole for this... hopefully the owner won't be mad..."

Lia murmured to herself while trying to swim quietly, through the underwater tunnels below the Sea Hags' territory... but she actually wished that was her main worry, and not the drakes that darted through the refuge of the threat of Outsea.

A man with skin like charcoal lurked in those caves and was confined by the hags for Outsea's wellbeing, the general said. But was he strong enough to stay undisturbed by those creatures? Or did he control them?

In either case, she was responsible for the course of action of the party this time, she had to be extra careful, for the sake of everyone...

"The Myroga you were referring to earlier was called Hormun. His kind is greatly stronger when in contact with the ley lines, which are like magic made into tiny essences, and... he was bathing under a waterfall of said essences for years, and the cave where two whole crystals creating those were was basically his den. He turned into a gargantuan creature, and it was scary when he started moving..."

"Apparently he also found a power word while eating his way through the rock to this place when he was a smaller creature, but he couldn't read it properly, therefore the effect was forced and it damaged everyone in range."
