Prompt - 2/8/20
Write a piece in which a character makes use of outside knowledge.
How can you dislike an interactive class?
Where to start? Last night, in my Business Marketing class, the topic of the day was "the Internet strengths/weaknesses in the biz world. Leading into the controversial topic of "privacy," in which a couple class mates share their personal thoughts and opinions.
Before I go into what has appalled me from last night lecture. The class is supposedly 3hrs long, but our instructor let us out quite early after the chapters discussion. He's been lenient to say.
During the interactive class discussion with the instructor, one female student barked out that we were taking too long on a discussion that's not relevant to the class scope. She was hysterical, said the discussion should have been on personal time. Even to say, she declared her opinion represented everyone else in the class to a fellow classmate. Miss, it's only you, who desperately wants to leave. If you're not willing to open your mind to learn outside the box, then walk out. No one is preventing you from leaving. Be glad you're not in class where all you do is sit and listen to monotonous lectures.
My two cents: I like the class, it's interactive, and you get a wide variety of learning experiences from your fellow classmates. Not every knowledge is only from the book, get outside the box, observe the surrounding. My motto, "what I do not know, you may know."
