Another coeliac here 🫡 I've been enjoying the bread posting, idk if psyllium husk has ever come up as an ingredient but it's been game changing for my foray into baking bread. It isn't cheap and frustratingly a lot of it isn't gf but damn it really does give me springy airy bready bread. Looking forward to seeing more bread!
I do have psyllium husk, as one of the earliest suggestions I received. I'm just still not sure HOW to make proper use of it in the baking process.
Gotta relearn from scratch how to bake, when it comes to gluten free, I learned the hard way.
