Over-splits
all that silly stuff aside, I think I'm ready to start working on my right side over-splits.
I don't know if I should try to get it down normally with really square hips first or what, but I can sit there in the splits, back straight, arms up, very comfortably. I can get all the way down on my left side, but I can't quite just sit there without bracing myself yet so I don't want to push it.
Any tips? Also how do you work over-splits for the middle?
And how do you guys warm up before you stretch at home?
