All those triggered feelings feel far away from me. I just keep thinking of a video I saw on Youtube, aimed at therapists, about attachment difficulties. It said that one common mistake is that when a client's attachment system is triggered, to think that to fix it they will just need more contact with the therapist. More attachment, basically. But then it backfires, because the attachment in itself is already triggering to the client.
So that's why I think we should at least wait another week to have another session. I'm blocking all attempts from parts to contact the T.
