I kinda like my idea for how the potential next part of the City Of Gold chapter will go, so I'm gonna expand upon it.
Once Jui Feng destroys the ram, he ends up damaging the overpass they were standing on, with Locke attempting to get Bonnie, Dragan, Joy and Rust off it. The overpass collapses, and soon after exiting the alleyway, the buildings connected by the overpass collapse as well, leading to them having a Heat Street ordeal until they end up at...The Benevolent Bank.
The chinatown tour was given a quick detour as they had to chase down Jui Feng to get the statue back. His most recent location was the same damaged slaughterhouse from years ago, so they decided to hit him at the second turn he would make.
After the armored transport truck loses control and crashes into the Benevolent Bank, harming and killing some civilians in the process, Jui Feng uses the power of the statue to seal the doors shut, making them invincible to drills like the Beast or the Thermal Lance. However one thing he didn't consider was Wolf's drill expertise, and Joy's kleptomania. She brought something along for the ride just to piss off Wolf: The Overdrill, the same drill used to get through the back shutters to the Overvault of First World Bank.
After a long 10 minutes of drilling and fighting back SWATs and Murkywater mercenaries, who end up fighting each other in a three-way firefight, the convoy is opened, but...nobody is inside. Except the statue. They get the statue loaded and into Bile's helicopter, and they escaoe via helicopter, statue in tow.
