The ethynol test for DNA was repeated because a fly fell into the test tube the first time
The samples were exposed to vapor for a week because I forgot to remove them from the chamber.
Also, a glove box was used to keep samples dry because the schlenk line pump broke.
Lmao, the authors wrote "in retrospect" regarding a potential issue in their previous work. #OverlyHonestMethods? Ngl, I laughed when I read it.
