my father just came in and asked me to draw "survival kid": a teenage boy living in the city who treats it like the wilderness. he has "cool, spiky hair" and a backpack, and goes on adventures through urban landscapes. i did a 30 second doodle of him, my father peered over, and his face fell dramatically. "he's not quite how i imagined," my dear father began, scrutinising the image closely. "he looks gay." unfortunately for him, all of my drawings look gay. i'm hoping this is has been an informative eye opener for him :)
