Regarding Mercy’s most recent nerf.
To all those wondering (regarding her nerf of course), now, when using her rez, it’s now even easier then what it was before to knock her out of rez, which is, of course, wonderful in every way possible.
Because as us intellectuals all know, it wasn’t already easy enough to knock her out of it anyways 😌❤
so to my understanding through constant rants and videos (which doesn’t mean i’m right) The reason Mercy undergoes so many nerfs/changes is because her rez ability is considered OP or unmatchable by any other ability in the game. So why don’t they give someone an ability to oppose it? Okay yes you can stun her/kill her while she’s doing it, but clearly it’s not enough if she’s continuing to get some changes. Tbh i just think it’d be nice to give Reaper back his soul eating ability and if he eats the soul of your teammates, it should make them unrez-able because mercy basically uses her rez ability on the existing soul of her teammate. If it can disappear after 10 second respawn, why not make it more challenging for her to rez by giving someone an ability to take away her chance to rez completely? Plus Reaper is definitely an up-in-your-face fighter, so it’ll be really hard for Mercy to get a rez in when he’s already so close to the dead body, but again, this is purely just me spitballing, i just think it’d be really cool

Im seeing people are saying the Mercy nerfs are to help with esports and Overwatch League and if thats true then ???????
A majority of players are NOT gonna be in League or the esports so why base changes around the pro scene??
