Personally don’t understand how people can possibly hate on Mercys or Mercy mains. Most people, when they first pick up the game, play as Mercy because they want to help their team, and then grow to like the character, or the other way around. When you teach someone who likes to play Mercy that their help is doing nothing for the team, or that they aren’t wanted or needed, or that they suck at playing Mercy, or that they need to do a better job, you are creating the same environment that creates toxic players. You’re making a person that has been taught that helping out will give you hate in return. Can you just leave them be? Let them improve, let them heal, let them go battle Mercy if they fuckn want and then go Lucio or Moira? It shouldn’t be that hard to do whats best for the team and the players on it guys..
