Breaking News: Richard Delisle Arthur brother of former Prime Minister of Barbados Owen Seymour Arthur has been found guilty of Ammunition charges. He was accused of having 102 rounds of ammunition in his possession on January 31st, 2012 without having the required license. A jury comprising of 9 members returned with the verdict.
