Literally why do people say 'get away from your screen' when you're down/depressed/sad etc.

Literally just seen two posts like that -

Like. The little fantasy in here keeps me going. I've created such a bond with my headphone it's formed one with my skull now.

I cannot go a day without listening to music loudly in it and reading/watching funny-sweet-corny-comical-gay-interesting- things here.

Why would I want to separate from that if I'm not feeling well up there?

Literally makes no sense now does it?

Am I Addicted to my Phone?

Yes, maybe. On bad days, sure.

Is it generational?

Maybe, I guess.

But at the same time.

Well, that's it. I got nothing

It makes me happy and hurts nothing but my eyes and therapy is expensive and therapist can be racist or transphobic or homophobic.

Why would I want to trust someone like that?

Culturally Media

Media nowadays are very common in many countries. A country has its own culture but now, media became a great part of our country so it affects our culture. Many people nowadays specially teenagers are addicted to social media. They find it very interesting and its very timely for them. Every day, one can’t help to grab a phone and check his accounts in social media. When waking up, a person immediately checks his social media accounts until the day ends. I am certain about it because I’m also doing these kind of stuffs but I can manage it. Philippines is a very joyful place; we have a lot of celebrations such as fiestas. We know that having fiestas is one of a kind so we should patronize is because it’s a special thing in our country to celebrate. Our culture is changing because of adapting media today but as a student is not a hindrance for me to do anything to patronize and encourage others about our culture. Using media, I will promote our culture in the way of having documentary movies and share it to social media. I’m sure that everyone will love Philippines’ culture.
