You ever just have an idea for a character, build it to see how it might work, and then go “oh no what have I done?”?
+13 initiative. Why? Who knows. Owlbear Man’s successor just built to be speed. Level 8 because that’s just what I do for most character ideas. Put them at a mid ground to see how they could do.
