FEAR || MIEDO This is what I'm feeling. This view of #London it's the one that's always made me feel blessed to live here. No matter the weather or time of day, I always stop & felt wow how blessed am I?! Now as I head to the airport to begin my move I'm gripped with fear. Amazingly because I've not given it air time the last week. I've felt so connected & guided & in trust with this move & now my fear knows it's being ignored so it's pulling out the big guns. As much as I want to ignore the feelings & talk myself down I know I need to feel it to heal it. So I may have a little, or big, cry in the loo before I board. I'll keep asking for my Goddesses & angels to shower me with wisdom & support. & I'll treat myself to my favourtie tea as I reflect on how I'm taking my power back just by feeling & letting the fear come & go. This is the work my friends. It's real. Without a filter. With heart. ☄☄☄ Esto es lo que me siento ahora. Esta vista fe #Londres es lo que siempre me hizo sentir bendecida de vivir aqui. No importa el tiempo ni la hora, siempre paré y me sentí wow como soy tan bendecida?! Ahora en camino al seropuerto a comenzar mi mudanza el miedo me tiene. Increíble porque es por que no le deje espacio esta semana pasada. He estado tan conectada y guiada y con confianza con mi mudanza y ahora mi miedo sabe que no es tan importante así que esta luchando por mi energia. Tanto que no quiero sentir mi miedo y decir cosas positivas a mi misma tengo que sentirlo para sanarlo. Puede ser que lloraré un poco, o mucho, en el baño antes del embarque. Seguiré pidiendo a mis Dioasa y angeles que me llena de sabiduria y apoyo. Y tomaré mi te favorito reflexionando como estoy reclamando mi poder solo por sentir mi miedo y dejarlo fluir.
