Posting pictures that compliment me, where one can’t really see the flaws on my skin, the cellulite on my legs or anything (that I consider) ‘extra’ on my body. It took me a VERY VERY VERY long time to LOVE my body, with all its flaws. So I asked myself WHY do I ‘skip’ on posting the ‘less photogenic pictures’. After thinking about it a lot, I have made an agreement with myself: I hear people saying all the time that most people post ‘lies’ on SM and it makes other people hate their lives... what I choose to post is mine, I can’t take responsibility for what it may make others feel, but I must check how it makes me feel. If by looking at my photos I am reminded of the bright side of my life, GREAT, then I should keep going! BUT if looking at my profile makes me feel like I am a fraud, hiding the real me and being inauthentic. THEN I should definitely spice up my profile with what feels Ike the ‘Real Me’. It’s freeing to share the burden of your flaws with the world, it makes it way less heavy. #beyou #ownit #ownyourflaws #usesocialmediaforgood #youfirst #lifecoachforwomen #lifecoachingtips #livewithintention #socialmediawithsoul #wisdom #bereal #flawsarebeautiful #whocares #justdoit #pracrticeyogaoffthemat #beach #mediterranean_sea #momslife #momsbody #loveyourbody https://www.instagram.com/p/By7WMwopA4B/?igshid=1f06pntkqceli
