oscar barrett-venkman is one of the sweetest kids that you will ever, EVER meet. he's so troubled really... but when i think of his support network, i just know that boy takes nobody or nothing for granted. nor does he ever want to cause you any trouble, he feels as though he's done enough of that already. peter wishes he'd come out of his shell more, not be so apologetic for something he cannot control. but he will, when he's old enough to actually take matters into his own hands. then vigo is absolute TOAST.
