Catching Up With the Past [ Storm | Mystique ]
Mystique walked down a random street, uncertain of the area she was in or was travelling to. She had no real purpose, other than finding out any information she could. She needed to. Knowledge was the key to really getting everything under your foot, as it were. Her main objective was to take control of the gangs in the sector she was to call home from now on. That was definitely something she needed to do, if not to get out of this strange place then to at least live more lavishly. She needed to find another mutant. She certainly wasn't going to use her own body to make any MGH, not with what she had seen that do to poor Dazzler.
Blue hands tugged uncomfortably at the tight, white pants and the white, sleeveless turtle neck she had procured just moments before. Stores were always so easy, but she had to admit being coloured the way she was, and generally being naked, had store clerks following her around like hawks in search of a meal. So, like any good girl, she had to rob the place. Having but a bb gun, she needed to make a good argument as to the impact a bb could have against a skull in such close proximity. That proximity being held right against the flesh of the cashier's forehead.
one was hurt, and she got away with what she needed. Not that she would immediately care about their lives. But she found she did need clothes here. No matter how uncomfortable it was to have actual fabric clinging to her flesh. She needed to get used to it fast, as well as get the hell out of the store's vicinity.
As she walked quickly through a connecting alleyway and on to another street, her eyes met with a familiar look. Oh, that was most definitely Storm, it had to be. Though, knowing someone had pulled everyone there from another universe...who was to say she knew this Storm or what point in time or even universe she was from. Then again...who was to say Storm knew? Oh ho ho, she did not. She couldn't know. No one could for certain, right?
The opportunity was seen and then immediately grasped as she ran up to the woman, a pleasant look and innocent expression on her face as though she was just so surprised to see her there. Allies were needed here, she would feign that she was an ally of good. She'd done it so many times before. Which both made it easier for her but also harder on her as she was just simply not to be trusted by most of the X-Men.
