"Thanks for coming," Hotch said impassive as always. "JJ and Reid are down for a few weeks so we could really use the support."
"Just tell us what to do, and you got it."
It was clear Sabik could have been a great part of the BAU, but that unit had seen the darkest sides of humanity, and even when A.B. had the guts to go through it. But her soul perhaps wasn't as strong. Then again, she wouldn't have met Remi if she had been part of the B.A.U.
Garcia finished the briefing and they headed out, they knew who the unsub was and his motivations. He was disorganized and violent, but thankfully it was just one man. He would feel trapped and would lash out, so they had to be careful.
"You're driving, Briggs." She said with a smirk.
They were on a mission, but having Briggs there kept her calm. The tension would settle once they were inside the warehouse, but A.B. refused to let it happen before that.
