Madeline was walking through the halls of the high school, attempting to ignore the many glances and stares she was receiving. Ever since the scandal that took place in the halls, Madeline was the center of attention wherever she went, and not in a good way. She didn't mind it though, after a while she learned how to put up with it. Without Jayden by her side though, a part of her felt empty. She wanted to feel his fingers entwined with hers and there wasn't a second where she wasn't thinking about the poor boy who had gotten suspended. Sighing, the petite girl ignored the bell that told everyone to get to second period and walked out of the main entrance. Slipping into her car and staring the engine, Madeline began the drive to Jayden's house. Stopping at a local supermarket on her way there to get some chocolate chip cookies and some snickers, as well as the McDonalds right next to it for some milkshakes. Finally arriving at her destination, Madeline parked her car in the driveway and knocked on the door, hoping for a response.
