Sober [ Feeding The Monsters ] || Hae&Hana
Hana was good to her. Hae was cruel to everyone at first. It took months, if not years for her to fully warm up to someone. They all lied, at least in the end they did. Strands of time strung upon by the same fingers that slipped around the shot glass.
One.
Two.

Ah. Stinging familiarity hit her throat. She had waited as long as her temperamental nature about booze would allow her. Promises broken like empty bottles hitting the ground. Knowing Hae, she would walk on the glass and get some sense of satisfaction out of a lesson harshly learned. The girl wasn’t one for hurting herself, not like the ones of the human population that wanted to die. Hae liked pain. She liked the sound of it, the feel of it, the absolute agony. So much touched upon the idea of such an emotion, it thrilled her. Everything was secretly though.
All things in due time. All things bad and good taken upon her plate with a grain of salt. The glass slid from her fingers as she pushed with little effort back to the bartender. This one wasn’t paying her attention like most did, thankful of this she took the moment to pick up her phone, only to see it stolen. Well not quite, that was a hand over her connection to the surface of her life. She wasn’t dumb enough to carry a phone with all the contacts of her underground life in it.
Brown hues found the offender’s face. Some drunken man, ah. She tried to remind herself of being in public, so she simply reached out, having turned her body, angling it just so, nails digging into the flesh of the forearm, intending to make him bleed if he didn’t release it. A spawn of beautiful emotions playing upon his features.
Confusion. Recognition. Pain. Anger.
“I wouldn’t if I were you.” She smiled, her voice as eloquent as a lady’s could be in such a situation. He released the phone, her gaze flitting to notice, once more glued to him again, when she pulled her nails away, scratches left. She turned to focus on her previous task.
Texting the late girl.
⌠ TXT ⇉ 生意気な娘 ⌡ : You’re two minutes late. Hurry.
The phone was sat back down. In front of her this time. She didn’t like to be kept waiting, even if it was for the darling Minx she so tenderly adored. Even the blood was a smell she liked when the other got a paper cut.
