⚜ hot n’ cold
it’s only the first day since she has been back from school and already gwen is swamped with all the schoolwork and responsibilities she needs to catch up with. two weeks now seems to be so much longer than it really is with all the work that she has to get done. yes, she admittedly enjoyed the short and unexpected break her accident has given her but a small part of her wishes that she came back to school sooner if only to lessen her workload.
“hey, you must be mark. sorry, i’m late.” she slides onto the cafeteria bench slightly panting from all the running around she has been doing all day but still doesn’t forget to flash a bright smile to the person waiting for her. though the haven’t talked before, he is a familiar face seeing as they take the same classes together. “i was told that you’ll be helping me out with crownculus.”
