.: ♫ — The dance itself was exciting, if not a bit daunting due to the fact she would be going there alone. Sonja was a bit worried about leaving Zavier alone in the mood he was in-- she noticed the abnormal amount of chocolate milk in the trash-- but after his insistence, she left for the dance.

She wanted to dance with him at the end of the night, but now what would she do? Pulling her bolero closer to her chest, she looked around. Hopefully it would but just as fun as she expected...

It would be hard as her thoughts drifted back to his state at home. But he was the type who wanted to be left alone when he was feeling bad. At least, that’s what she told herself. Out of the two of them, she was the one with the problem of not telling him things. And he had no problem speaking his mind.

... It would be fine, right?

.: ♫ — There was no need to overdo things. Today was just going to be another day that she could spend with the people she loved. But hey, who says you can’t dress up every now and then? 

Despite not wishing to go out for a fancy date or anything of the sort, Sonja still wanted to look just a bit cuter today. Just a bit.

Hopefully this outfit was soft and fluffy enough. She had to match the booth’s theme after all. She was kind of sad that this outfit didn’t have enough color... So that’s why Sonja painted her nails pink and blue, like cotton candy! It was a soft ombre too, so it was extra cute.

Something Pink, Something Blue || Zavier & Sonja

It’s been a week since they came back.

Sonja sat in the house, fidgeting with a small white box with a pastel pink ribbon. Her lips thinned as she stared at the clock. ‘Soon, he’ll be home from work…’

‘When would be the right time to give this to him?’ It was a thought that kept circling in her mind, ever since she had finished. With the help of a professional over on Leuda, the ring she made herself looked… Pretty okay. It was relatively simple in design, just the single pale pink jewel fixed on a band of rose gold. There was a little design on the place where the morganite was fixed, but other than that, nothing extra. She wasn’t sure if he would find anything too weird looking, or something like that… So she opted to go for something simple instead.

Sonja stuffed the box into her cardigan’s pocket. She was unusually dressed up today, even though she wasn’t going out anywhere. But she figured it was better to dress up for the surprise. It had been a week, and they already said they were dating… So the rings only just make it official right? They’re like promise rings. And it let other people know that this person was taken. ‘Hopefully this meant that people would stop hitting on him at work.’

As soon as she finished that thought, the door opened. She had been too enveloped in her thoughts to notice the door unlocking. Nia lept from the couch and made her way to the door, tail up. Zachi followed suit, meowing at him. Loudly. Sonja couldn’t help but giggle as she watched the cats eagerly greet Zavier back home. With a small smile, she shifted her gaze to look at him properly. Her… Boyfriend.

“Welcome home, Alphie!” She got up from the couch to greet him with a hug. “I hope work was alright?”

[ Halloween Costume - Sonja Seraphina Rostellaire ]

So... She had been playing this game recently. And the main character was super duper cute. So obviously, the most logical thing to do is to make herself a costume! She even got a matching umbrella! Sonja stared at herself in the mirror and grinned. She felt so cute!

Too bad she didn’t have a wig. Suppose she’ll have to be a pink-haired Polka for now.

A Silly Cliché || Zavier & Sonja

Aahh!! I’m late!! No!!

Sonja ran through the streets of Arcadia, trying to get to the place where she was supposed to meet up with him. She got caught up in what she wanted to wear, ending up with something like this. But now she was late! For a dinner that she arranged! What was he going to think of her now? Goddess, why was she like this!

Oh shoot-- She almost dropped the box she was holding. And her hair was a mess. But soon enough, she arrived at her destination, box safe and sound. And honestly that’s all that mattered. She caught her breath outside of the restaurant, walking in and trying to calm her breath. Sonja was not in the best of shape. She desperately tried to fix her hair before she was lead to the table where the guy had been waiting for her.

With a sheepish grin, she waved, setting the box down on the far end of the table. Sonja finally was able to rest once she had sit in the booth, right across from him.

“I’m so glad you didn’t leave-- I’m sorry I was late--- I just-- Ahhhhh-- I’m glad you’re here right now....” Everything was said in between breaths, with her emotions overwhelming her. If she had messed this up...!

Well, let’s not think about that now.

“Did you get something to order?” Sonja asked as she finally looked over the menu.

[ Fashion Show 2018 - Sonja Seraphina Rostellaire ]

To tell you the truth, she couldn’t tell you why she was entering this silly thing. It was a bit embarrassing doing this, especially because she was from Arcadia and not from Leuda. She had enough impulse to go sail off to the neighboring island to actually sign up for this thing.

And when she was done, she would find herself staring at what she had done. Too late now.

As for the outfit itself, well... It was Autumn! And what better way to celebrate it than turning red, like the leaves? Besides, this dress had a cute little capelet and hoodie. It was warm, surprisingly!

With all this red, the only thing that stuck out was... her ring. Eheheh, that was bright, light blue.

Well... Time to put on a smile, I suppose...

For some reason he was compelled to use the blue bandana and tie it around his neck. It complimented the blue(ish) that Frey was wearing! It felt like he was missing something else too but... What?
