ボーカルはシンガ一ソンゲライターの志方あきこさんに お願いしました。
I asked Akiko Shikata, a singer/songwriter, to sing the vocals.
すごくお忙しい方なので、当初は "スケ ジュール的に難しいかな？"と思っていたんですが、うま い具合にタイミングが合いまして。
She is a very busy woman, so at first I thought, "Is it going to be difficult to schedule?" However, the timing worked out perfectly.
しかも、志方さんとは 音楽の趣在で合致する部分が多かったので、ディスカッ シヨンをしつつ楽曲の世界観をしっかりと詰めていくこと ができました。
In addition, we had a lot of similarities in our musical tastes, so we were able to discuss and develop the world view of the song.
それまでのゼクトバッハの楽曲はバロック謌だったんで すが、この楽曲はケルティック。
Until then, Zektbach's music had been baroque moccasins, but this music is celtic.
それに志方さんの歌やマ ルクトの出演するムービーがガッチリとハマッて一-一一-。
The song by Mrs. Shikata and the movie featuring Malchut fit perfectly with it.
こ の曲が転機となってゼタトバッハ叙事詩の後半戦がスター トしたという感覚が強くありました。
I had a strong sense that this piece was the turning point that started the second half of the Zektbach epic.
もし、ここで普通に バロック調の楽曲を続けていたら、ゼクトバッハ叙事詩と いうプロジェクトはここまで来られなかったかもしれませ ん。
If I had continued with baroque music as usual, the project of the Epic of Zektbach might not have come this far.
コーラスの部分は普通に聴き流してしまうかもしれませ んが、実はとんでもない数のコーラスを重ねています。
The chorus part may be easy to ignore, but in fact, there are a tremendous number of choruses layered on top of each other.
こ の重ね方にっいては志方さんの方からアイディアを提供し てりただきました。
Mrs. Shikata provided us with ideas for this layering.
