Find 3RM for Overhead Squat

2 x 50 - missed the third rep

Yay!! These felt really good, my shoulders are finally getting beaten into submission. BE MOBILE DAMNIT. I should've gotten the last rep for 50, but lost the tightness in my core. Next time.

WOD - "P.A.T" 

2.4km run (males 10.15mins or less/females 11.50mins or less)

2 mins rest

Unbroken push ups (34/20)

1 min rest

Unbroken abmat sit ups (66/55)

Score = 2.4km run time/no. push ups/no. sit ups

COMPLETED: 10.45mins/20/55 RX

P.A.T = Physical Aptitude Test.. This is the fitness test we had to do to get into the Police (except minus the sit ups, and add in a vertical jump and grip test.)

I actually liked running today (shock horror!) it's been a while since I've done any decent running, so needed a good blow out.

2.4km run - Good. On my actual testing day circa 2 and a half years ago, I ran 10.50mins! So this is a 5 second PB. I'll take it lol.

Push ups - Sweet. The standard was to break parallel, not chest to ground. I should've done more, but I was still tired from the run..

Abmat sit ups - Hard.. 55 in a row. My poor abs lol.

This has even landed him a spot on SEA award winning DJ Ames' International Hustle Unsigned Edition Vol. 6 due out July 10. It has been a gift and a curse for Patrick because with the increased interest in a southern emcee who is actually saying something in his rhymes, all while cursing very little if at all in his verses, the underground music scene began demanding more of the artist's material. Did we mention he curses very little?? Doesn't even use the N-Word, WOW! P.A.T.'s first single for his Where The Sidewalk Ends mixtape(September 18) "BIG DEAL" is now available on iTunes and his You Tube page(Goat918) displays his first official music video for the track. Kche Pegram of RAMPEGFILM was the director for the golden era of hip hop-esque video.
