Nugu GG of the Week #509 : P.O.A
P.O.A (People on Air) was a girl group that debuted in 2022. The members were Yubeen (nugu darling 💕), Soya, Hai, Dana, and Ria (nugu darling 💕).
Yubeen was a original member of Laysha (y'all still streaming Pink Label?) and is currently promoting in 3Piece (y'all still streaming Summer Feeling?). And Ria was a member of Botopass (y'all still streaming Flamingo?) prior to joining P.O.A..
Their debut single, On Air (Stand Up), definitely is a solid summery release. We got the tropical beats and fun melody and pretty vocals. While the song doesn't have a strong identity for the group and could've been sung by any group from Laboum to Weeekly doesn't change it was a fun song.
MV was cute, they filmed at the same place as 9Muses did with Hurt Locker (or Tinashe with All Hands On Deck).
