I've noticed that in your grand galloping 20's au Rosa and the rest of the pie sisters (I forgot their last name in the au) stand on their toes, is this a design choice and nothing more, or is it a possible reference to people with autism and adhd walking on their toes more than their whole foot?
or am I wrong with both and they just got small feet
All of the above, and I wanted to show that Pinkie's a dancer and light on her feet, so she's always standing on her toes like she's about to break out into dance.
