DDA P2 Zone brings sustainable housing projects under Delhi Land Pooling Policy and Master Plan 2021 with all essential specifications at a cost-effective budget in Delhi NCR Region.
DDA P2 Zone located in the northern part of Delhi covers an area of 8534 Ha. There are many DDA P2 Zone Projects developed under Master Plan Delhi 2021 and Land Pooling Policy for the occupants who provide the world-class architecture and facilities.
DDA P2 Zone Projects and their Specialty
The NCT has been divided into a total of 15 planning zones that have been designated from Zone A to Zone P under MPD 2021.
