A beneficial option for investment under Master Plan 2021, DDA P2 Zone covers a large proportion of land for development as per the Land Pooling Policy and assures affordable housing for all income groups.
DDA P2 Zone Projects and their Specialty
The NCT has been divided into a total of 15 planning zones that have been designated from Zone A to Zone P under MPD 2021. The P Zone in Delhi has been further divided into two different zones and they are P-I and P-II zones. According to Master Plan Delhi 2021, DDA P2 Zone offers a land development area of around 8534 hectares. The area under the Biodiversity Park which is around 340 hectares fall in the P- II Zone.
