New Repaint Footage, Featuring Luca’s Voice and Her Mysterious Power

Since the P5T website updated, I made sure to check the embedded videos, and though most just come from Nyahoo, one of them showed a new scene: Luca spray painting an outline of a pothole in the ground to make one appear, as well as a voiced version of her conversation with Akechi.

Check it out below, and if you know Japanese seiyuu well, please tell me if you recognize her; not revealing a character's voice is unusual for Persona, and could indicate something important.
