Better Late Than Never

Hanbyul felt bad. Kyuhyun’s file had made it’s way onto her desk the moment he had been admitted but being the only psychological staff member at the hospital gave her added responsibilties, all of which had to be attended to immediately. Add in the single mom of three and the changes to her work schedule and the residents weren’t getting the time she wished she could give them. Nevertheless, she had made plans to turn the whole situation around for the benefit of her clients.
She stepped into her office and Kyuhyun was already seated with the nurse escort waiting to be relieved by the doctor. She nodded at them to let them know they could go and she made her way to her desk, the nurse closing the door behind them.
“I’m sorry about how late this session is coming for your Mr. Cho. First of all, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Dr. Park Hanbyul, the resident psychologist here at Seoul Psychiatric and I want to thank you for trusting me and this facility with your care.”
