They were having to play catch up - for the millionth time. They would never manage to get caught up and stay caught up with their limited staff. Nurse and security were leaving left and right. The only psych doctors were Hanbyul and Eunhye and they had no real medical staff. They had to to outsource from the county hospital when someone needed medical attention.
And once again, the intake process was backed up. She had no idea how long Dong Youngbae had been in Seoul Psychiatric but it was obvious that he hadn’t had an intake session upon arriving. And so, Hanbyul took it upon herself to try and get one in. She called the nurses’ station and asked that they brought him to her office.
Things had to turn around at this facility at some point.
