Ahh thank you I'm happy you like it! Also oops which would be the aorta then? The original Richard Quain illustration wasn't annotated (?) and I was quickly going back and forth labeling it off of a modern diagram. Obviously I am not a person who is going into the medical field.
the aorta is the big huge artery that arches up out of the top of the heart and travels directly down through the abdomen to right above the hips, in the quain ill. you edited you can kind of see it right above the monkey lol

FUN FACTS THAT YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR: it's the biggest blood vessel in the body - IRL it's about the diameter of a garden hose. It handles an incredible amount of blood pressure every time your heart beats. A blue whale's aorta is so huge that the average human could crawl through it. Also "aorta" is my favorite anatomical word to say, closely followed by "iliac" and "cephalic".

So hi I saw you just got braces; I am sorry for your loss. They'll hurt for the first week or so? Try taking a Tylenol & an Advil, & rinsing w/warm salt water before you go to bed. That should help w/the pain level if it's really bad. Uhm. You probably already know this but seriously take advantage of this opportunity of not being able to eat solid food (seriously it hurts & being able to feel your teeth move fucks wyou) to drink milkshakes & get pity. Good luck w/your braces! They're worth it!
they arent that bad so far mainly its because of the fact that the pokey things are stucking to my farthest teeth (theyre always against the back of my lips) so my wax is enough for now.
