1. Talk about the first time you watched your favorite movie
I don’t have a single favorite movie, and I’m not sure I remember my first time watching any of the favorites I have? I know I watched Stardust with Ali, but I can’t remember if that was the first or the second time? Either way, it was nice, sitting curled up on her futon with her and laughing. She made me coffee, I think. The Silence of the Lambs I watched because my mom found it on television after we were talking about it and she shouted for me to come watch because she thought I’d like it. I think I might’ve been in the sixth grade? I watched The Sixth Sense for the first time at Jessica’s house. We watched The Village, too. It must’ve been around the same time I watched The Silence of the Lambs, as Jess and I had a bit of a falling out in the seventh grade, after ages of being completely inseparable.
8. Talk about the thing you are most proud of
I don’t know. I’m not feeling especially proud, recently. Except of my friends, and my family. I’m proud of them. They’re good people who accomplish good and often truly impressive things with astonishing regularity. My sister got her nursing scrubs in the mail today and I photographed her in them. Sometimes I’m really blown away by how incredible she is. Angelica got into her nursing program, as well. They’re all finishing up finals and have internships and whatever else lined up for the summer. It’s unbelievable, watching them.
