Is it possible for the 'SA to allow temporary characters (specifically) for the CdM-IF conflict? It's been a good while since the last temporary character event (the AniWayan 2011 conflict, I believe?) and a good way to up the ante for the conflict. Maybe it can be something for the Assemblage to consider?
Individual packs can request that temporary played characters be allowed for large-scale plots and wars - if you think it’d be a good idea to allow this in your pack(s), contact your leaders and see what they think! :)
Otherwise, any player can use or request temporary NPCs in accordance with the guidelines.
