community so bad that AIDN has to make an announcement telling us to stfu. I’m glad this disagreement over the phighters’ canon builds is pretty minimal here on tumblr, but twitter is a whole different story. Carrying this iver here because I’ve seen a few unsavory comments and they should think for a second (ranting below cut!)

1.GENUINELY how are people this stupid, your headcanons ARE NOT CANON. YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ANOTHER PERSON’S CHARACTERS BETTER THAN THEM. THOSE ARE NOT YOUR CREATIONS. 2. Soda isnt the one responsible for everything phighting, THEY HAVE A TEAM THAT WORKS TOGETHER TO CARRY THE THINGS WE SEE OUT. 3. the way yall are expressing your disatisfaction is so fucking rude I hope yall think before speak 4. HATING ON THE BODY TYPES OF CERTAIN PHIGHTERS (vine, hyper and subspace mainly I think).

soooo done with my ap csp class bro. For our final project we have to make some kinda innovation with a group. Most of the ideas were pretty straightforward, nothing too crazy. My group’s idea was just a clothing upcycling thing

sometimes age gaps are confusing

like theres a whole taboo around having too big of one between two ppl in a relationship (understandable) but. Like have you seen your parents’ age gap??? Okay maybe not everyone’s parents but I’ve seen the pattern around the ppl ik’s parents. Like my parents have a friggin 7 year age gap and theyre perfectly healthy and no one questions them. But obviously if the age gap is between a minor and a person 18+ then yeah I’ll be concerned but like. Yeah idk this probably sounds wrong in so many ways but whatever I’ll just clarify if anyone needs me to

i am SO done. basically there was this ICE walk out (basically a protest) happening in my school district, right? so it was supposed to be secret but ig some people couldn't keep their mouths shut/they snitched. well my school was made aware of it and they said anyone who went to the ICE walkout would suffer from the following:

in school suspension

calling your parents

possibly being arrested

and probably worse but. yeah

yeah, i didn't end up going to it, unfortunately.

VO Woes

I usually don’t complain about being cast in things. Particularly because getting cast is awesome. But the past two days has been really odd. First someone messages me on twitter asking if I can voice Scarecrow in their Batman thing. I agree to do so and tell them I’ll get it in as soon as I can. The next day he tells me he recast me to someone else. Then offers me the role of Ra’s Al Ghul. I hesitantly agree. He doesn’t give me any direction aside from “sound old”. So I try and send him the results. He tells me today that he liked it but wants me to talk slower, sound older, and try a slight chinese accent. I oblige and send the redos. He then tells me he wants something in between the two takes I have sent, but also deeper and older sounding. He says I sound 50-60 rather than what he wants, 90-100. Also he says he wants me to be less breathy. Maybe I’m just lacking in knowledge but I don’t know how to sound older without adding breathiness. Also deep voices are out of my range, leading me to believe this person is unfamiliar with my work. So I’m just tired and cranky and not wanting to have to deal with this any more. Told him what he was asking for was something I couldn’t do but that I’d be happy to direct him to someone who could. So as a PSA, please don’t ask a random VA to voice in your thing without making sure they can do the voice ahead of time. Also maybe don’t recast them after a day for no reason.

Rant

Ok, so I just got back from my friend’s 21st birthday party. And holy cow I met the worst person I’ve ever met. Like this dude thought he was the absolute shit. Here are some things he did:

1: In a conversation with a girl about piercings said “Yeah yours is ok but your friend’s is better cause she’s hot. You’re like a six”.

2: Spent the entire night trying to get with another girl by continuously belittling her. And expected this strategy to get him laid. 

3: Openly admitted to everybody that he was just trying to get laid and thought the girl was unattractive. 

4: Walked up to a gay man and said to him “Look I’m straight but if you wanted to kiss me on the cheek, I’d kiss you on your cheek”. This jackass thought he was hot enough that he could tempt this person for the hell of it. He was wrong.

5: Tried setting up a three way between my friend’s girlfriend(whom is soon to be engaged) and the girl he was belittling earlier.

6: When new guests arrived he recognized one and said “Thanks for having hot friends”. She later told us he had approached her the previous day and asked if she “had any hot friends I could screw”.

Legit fuck this piece of trash.
