I believe this art is by Paco Vink, it came from worldofmi.com years and years ago (pre-2010 as best I can tell), and that site is now dead, and mixnmojo.com doesn't have much any more either.

A humoristic turbo drama. Floyd, after being dumped by his girlfriend, suffers from psychological problems manifested as a little demon who disrupts his everyday life. Floyd has to go through great depths before he can continue his life.
Story-wise, it's a common idea that's been done before but the animation's great and the whole thing's just fun overall.
