Notes: Bugsy is a second generation mutant bat, meaning that despite being a typically very unlikely circumstance he was born from 2 mutant bats that were created in a lab. Because of this he was born blind and doesn't have the best skeletal structure (on top of having multiple experimental implants and various other testing including those that have effected his strength and metabolism,) and sort of lives outside most class and caste structures on top of the organization that create him (the Coalition) labeling him as Feral for having escaped. He has a very fickle but intimate knowledge that he's sort of living due to the good graces of the current mercenary group he's found himself with and that this could very easily change due to a variety of reasons, even if it's near impossible for him to sit still when he experiences time at a much faster rate than a normal human/humanoid race does.

Notes: Bugsy has a bad habit of constantly talking, especially when he's anxious (unless he feels like he's in serious danger in which he shuts up pretty quickly.) He's also just far more pessimistic than his outward attitude lets on, though a lot of that is because he can't afford becoming a doomer so he tends to keep his thoughts in the immediate present which also tends to make him look not very smart lol.

Notes: I wouldn't call Bugsy asexual mainly because he's never really had the room to think about it. He also knows that people don't like the way he looks cause he's built weird and wrong so it's not worth devoting mental energy too.

Medications could probably help, but good luck figuring out what he needs and then getting him to take it.
